**Booster Shots:
The second update booster (also referred to as the 5th COVID vaccine) is now available to our patients or anyone that received their initial vaccines from The Villages Health. Per CDC guidelines, the second booster should be given at least 4 months after the first booster.
The CDC has suggested that people 65 years and older, 50–64 years with underlying medical conditions, or 18 years and older who live in long-term care settings should receive a second COVID-19 booster shot. The Villages Health offers Moderna booster shots to individuals who have received a full Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johnson vaccine. If you are a current TVH patient and wish to receive a booster shot, please call us at 844-TVH-WELL (844-884-9355) to schedule a booster vaccine at one of our primary care centers: Monday-Friday from 1pm to 3pm. *Please bring your Vaccine Card to your Booster Appointment*
For non-TVH patients that did not receive their initial vaccines with us, please go to Walgreen’s or Publix to obtain your vaccine booster shot.
*First and second dose Vaccinations:
TVH will continue to provide initial vaccines to our patients and all community members who desire vaccination, age 18 years of age and older.
Initial vaccinations are available on a walk-in basis on Monday-Friday from 1pm-3pm at our primary care centers. The Villages Health offers the Moderna vaccine only.

Please bring these forms with you to the care center for your first vaccine dose.
There are no out-of-pocket costs to individuals to receive a vaccine through this program. You will be asked to provide your health insurance policy information so that we can connect with your insurance company and/or government programs for vaccine payment – if you do not have health insurance, the vaccine will still be provided for free.
