Choose to Lose is a specially designed weight loss program for those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher. Led by a Registered Dietitian, this small group format covers topics such as Learning to Eat Well, Shopping and Cooking, Succeeding Away from Home, Eating Mindfully, Seeking Support, and Keeping the Weight Off.
This is a 14-week program: classes meet weekly for 14 weeks and then there are monthly alumni sessions. Participants also have two one-on-one sessions with the Registered Dietitian; Cost: $150
