Community Walk at Laurel Manor on Friday December 16, 2022 at 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Join us for a fun walk at Laurel Manor Rec Center! A walk leader from The Villages Health will be there to guide the walk, but you are welcome to walk at your own pace and stay for as long as you’d like. Start your day with some fun and fitness!

We’ll meet in front of Laurel Manor Rec Center (1985 Laurel Manor Dr, The Villages, FL) and will loop the trail around the grounds, including some stops at the outdoor exercise equipment for any that are interested in adding some strength training to their morning.
