Fall Risk Assessment Screening on Tuesday March 22, 2022 at 9:15 am - 9:30 am

Did you know that 1 in 4 adults over the age of 65 fall each year? Assess your risk for falls by joining us for a fall screening. You’ll complete a fall risk survey and 3 fall risk assessments recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: the Timed Up & Go test, the 30-second Chair Stand, and the 4-Stage Balance Test. Note that you do need to be able to stand in order to participate in this assessment. Results will be provided at the end of the screening. Registration is required.
