Falls are common in adults over 65 years of age. In the United States, about a third of older adults who live at home and about half of people living in nursing homes fall at least once a year. A fall risk assessment is used to find out if you have a low, moderate or high risk of falling. This simple assessment will reveal your likelihood for falls.  Each 15-minute slot is intended to accommodate one person.

After my surgery the care was incredible. It was coordinated by my physicians. I didn't have to do anything. They informed me that a nurse would be coming to my house for the next two weeks, every other day, as well as a physical therapist.
