Falls are common in adults over 65 years of age. In the United States, about a third of older adults who live at home and about half of people living in nursing homes fall at least once a year. A fall risk assessment is used to find out if you have a low, moderate or high risk of falling. This simple 10-minute assessment will reveal your likelihood for falls.  Each 15-minute slot is intended to accommodate one person.

One of the beautiful things about this whole system is the fact that you never have to tell anyone anything, they have your medical history in front of them. You just go to the front desk and say who you are, and you sign in and that’s it! The coordination of your health history is always right in front of whoever you are with and that’s wonderful.
