The Villages Health is proud to partner with Go 4 Life, an exercise initiative through the National Institutes on Aging. Join us for an interactive demonstration of activities to address the four categories of exercise: Endurance, Strength, Flexibility and Balance. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes fit for exercise and bring water to drink.
