Matter of Balance class – Lake Deaton PM class on Wednesday January 10, 2024 at 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Did you know that 1 in 3 older adults fall each year? Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Join us and learn to view falls as controllable, set realistic goals to increase activity, make changes in your home environment to reduce fall risks, and exercise to increase strength and balance.

This class will meet weekly for 1.5-2 hours/class from January 10 – February 28.

Registration is required for each individual attending the class.
