Medical Nutrition Therapy – Interest Form on Wednesday December 31, 2025 at All Day

The Villages Health provides Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals that have Diabetes or Chronic Kidney Disease stage 3 and higher. Three hours of one-on-one Medical Nutrition Therapy with a Registered Dietitian is provided in the first year of education and two hours of one-on-one Medical Nutrition Therapy are available every year thereafter.

Medicare, UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage and Florida Blue Medicare Advantage cover Medical Nutrition Therapy with little or no out-of-pocket cost to you. Commercial insurance coverage varies. Our team will always verify coverage before booking your appointment.

A referral is required for Medical Nutrition Therapy.
