Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy on Thursday August 20, 2020 at 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Area residents aged 55-85 are invited to attend The Villages Health’s Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy Research Expo. This two-hour program will review the importance of microvascular circulation, how PEMF helps, and its link to lowering inflammation to reduce symptoms for many chronic conditions. Our first research study, focused on knee pain, will be discussed along with eligibility criteria to participate.  Dr. Al Turri, Director of Audiology for The Villages Health, will explain what PEMF is; how PEMF increases energy, decreases stress and improves quality of sleep; and NASA’s use of the technology.
