An interactive and educational discussion on traumatic brain injuries, their prevalence, impacts on functioning, the cost to individuals and society. We will review the cognitive, emotional and physiological effects of traumatic brain injuries and how our understanding and treatment of them have evolved. The presentation will conclude with the impact hyperbaric oxygen therapy can have on improving cognition and functioning.
