For years, women have been advised to stay small, move slowly, and play it safe as they age in the gym. However, research shows that lifting weights helps build bone density, reduces muscle loss and helps maintain balance and coordination as we age. Join us to learn about the benefits of weight training and how it can help us maintain mental resilience and a strong sense of self as we age.
