At, The Villages Health (TVH), we are committed to upholding the highest standards for ethics and compliance across all our operations and fostering an organizational culture which supports this. In commitment to aligning with federal and state laws and regulations, and industry leading practices, to ensure compliance, and elevate the care provided to our patients, TVH complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate, exclude, or deny services or benefits under any of its health programs or activities based on race, color, national origin, disability, sex, or age. TVH has a no-tolerance policy for discrimination in admission to, participation in, or receipt of the services and benefits under any of its programs and activities, and in assignments to patients, whether carried out by TVH Associate or through a contractor or any other entity with which TVH arranges to carry out its program and activities.

TVH takes steps to provide meaningful access to individuals with limited English proficiency and individuals with disabilities and provides equal access based on sex. TVH provides free language services, including language interpreters, and American Sign Language (ASL) services, and companion guides for those individuals who are blind. All TVH clinics are compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and all facilities provide individuals with disabilities full and equal access to the facilities and the individuals’ services to ensure accessibility for those with mobility impairments and/or other disabilities.

Any TVH Associate or patient who witnesses, receives an allegation of, or otherwise obtains knowledge of discrimination of any individual in an environment overseen or serviced by TVH, must immediately inform the Compliance department through the following reporting mechanisms:
