"As a general surgeon first and foremost is that I am treating a unique human being with at times complex medical and surgical history. Treating you is a privilege I do not take lightly! When I begin caring for my patients I determine whether each patient will benefit from a surgical intervention It is sometimes a more difficult decision NOT to operate. This decision we make together and in collaboration with your Primary Care Physician and other Specialists. Communication is a key element to effective health care and I believe we at The Villages Health provide superior coordinated care that results in better quality and patient outcomes. Whether it is a simple office excision or a complex robotic procedure, I will treat you like a family member with your best interests at heart."

One of the beautiful things about this whole system is the fact that you never have to tell anyone anything, they have your medical history in front of them. You just go to the front desk and say who you are, and you sign in and that’s it! The coordination of your health history is always right in front of whoever you are with and that’s wonderful.
