The best resource we have available for you and your clients is our patient service representative (PSR) team, who are specifically trained to assist your Medicare Advantage clients during the new patient experience. They would love to give you a tour of a care center, better explain our care model and services, or help you match a client with a primary care doctor. Please feel free to contact a PSR whenever you or a client has a question. We’re here to help!
