Medical Nutrition Therapy
Do you have diabetes? Have you been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3 or higher? Have you had a post-renal transplant? If you have any of these conditions, you may qualify for our Medical Nutrition Therapy program. Medical Nutrition Therapy allows you to meet with one of our Registered Dietitians one-on-one to review your lab results and customize a meal plan that maximizes your favorite items while better controlling your condition. Three hours of one-on-one sessions is provided in the initial year of education. You will then receive an additional two hours of one-on-one sessions each year thereafter.
Nutrition Counseling
Maybe you don’t have diabetes or chronic kidney disease, but you are looking to meet with a Registered Dietitian. Good news, you can! Nutrition Counseling is available to everyone, regardless of age, insurance, or condition. You are able to meet one-one-one with a Registered Dietitian for 60 minutes to go over your health history and come up with a customized meal plan that works best for you. Nutrition counseling is a self-pay option.
