“Choose to Improve” is a transformational health and wellness series designed to empower you to take control of your well-being one choice at a time. Through a practical and supportive approach, this series, facilitated by a Registered Dietitian, meets you where you are and helps you go further. Each session provides actionable tools, expert insights, and motivational guidance to help you build sustainable habits that align with your personal goals.

This class will meet weekly for 1 hour for 12 weeks.

Registration is required for each individual attending the class.
