Do you struggle with Celiac Disease, food allergies, or other gluten intolerance? If so, this class may be the one for you. Our Registered Dietitian will discuss cooking tips, label reading, and product recommendations to ease the burden for someone on a gluten-free diet. Cooking Demo and taste will be provided. Come with any questions! Classes will be held in the Colony Café.
