Join a Registered Dietitian at the Colony Café on Nov 13 at 10AM for a Diabetes cooking demo and education. For American Diabetes Month, we will be focusing on eating to improve blood sugar control and weight management while decreasing body inflammation. The prevalence of Diabetes is increasing at a rapid rate, and the Standard American Diet further adds to this increase. We will be focusing on a few changes that can help guide you in the right direction.
