Falls are common in adults over 65 years of age. In the United States, about a third of older adults who live at home and about half of people living in nursing homes fall at least once a year. A fall risk assessment is used to find out if you have a low, moderate or high risk of falling. This simple assessment will reveal your likelihood for falls.  Each 15-minute slot is intended to accommodate one person.

I see a urologist, an endocrinologist, a cardiologist and a rheumatologist. I also have my internist. The fact that they’re all in one place is really a blessing.
