Participants will review the importance of Sleep for Healthy Weight Management, and the Benefits of tracking food intake and exercise for overall health.  Top tracking App’s will be highlighted and the components of an Exercise Program (Cardio, Strength, Balance, Flexibility) will be reviewed.
