Designed for graduates of our 8-week Matter of Balance program, but open to anyone interested in evidence-based exercises targeted to improve strength, flexibility and balance, the Matter of Balance Alumni Exercise group meets Thursdays at 3 PM at The Villages Health Creekside Care Center. Registration is not required UNLESS you would like to be added to the weekly reminder email list or receive the virtual link.
