Nutrition Counseling – Follow-up on Wednesday December 31, 2025 at All Day

This is the follow-up appointment to your initial one-hour nutrition consultation with a Registered Dietitian to review your health history and develop a customized meal plan that works best for you. Nutritional Counseling is available to everyone, regardless of age, insurance or condition.
