Autumn Tripp – Vice President of Primary Care
Autumn Tripp, Vice President of Primary Care, joined The Villages Health in January 2013. She is a proven health care leader with more than 24 years of health care experience. Ms. Tripp is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the seven primary care centers, six located within The Villages. In particular, her focus is on process improvement, standardization and operational excellence, assuring that our practices provide exceptional patient-centered, quality and cost-effective care, as well as being fully integrated with our Specialty Care Center.
Prior to joining The Villages Health, Ms. Tripp was the Director of Medical Practice Management at Allegiance Health, now Henry Ford Health System, in Jackson, Michigan, leading 83 physicians and advanced practicing clinicians in 23 practice locations, encompassing primary care, surgical and non-surgical specialties. Ms. Tripp’s previous experience is with non-profit and for profit health care settings. She attended Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan and Spring Arbor University, in Spring Arbor, Michigan where she earned a BS in Management and Organization Development.
Ms. Tripp enjoys spending time with her husband, Don. Together they are the proud parents of four children and five grandchildren.
