Emilio Noble – Chief Growth Officer
Emilio Noble has been a pivotal leader at The Villages Health since joining in September 2020 as the Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. He oversees all aspects of patient-centered growth, marketing initiatives, and community outreach, driving the organization’s mission of exceptional care.
With over 35 years of experience serving Medicare and Medicaid populations across New York, New Jersey, and Florida, Emilio has a proven track record of transformative leadership. In New York, he played a key role in expanding Affinity Health Plan’s footprint from two to 17 counties, leading a team of more than 300 professionals across sales, marketing, community relations, and member services. Under his guidance, the organization implemented innovative strategies, making it the fastest-growing health plan in the state.
In Florida, Emilio held leadership roles at WellCare Florida and Physicians United Plan. At WellCare, he successfully led the Tampa region’s largest Medicare/Medicaid/CHP sales force. At Physicians United Plan in Orlando, he built and trained a high-performing team that grew membership from 3,000 to 11,000 in its first year, achieving sustained growth in subsequent years.
Now residing in North Tampa, Florida, Emilio values family time and enjoys traveling. He is deeply passionate about mentoring and empowering his team, fostering an environment where individuals can achieve their professional aspirations and contribute to meaningful change in the healthcare landscape.
