Alzheimer’s Topic: Healthy Living for the Brain and Body Roundtable

This program by the Alzheimer’s Association is designed to offer you research-based recommendations about taking care of your brain and your body in order to age well. Learn how to identify the reasons for taking care of yourself as you age and find strategies to age well through cognitive activities, physical activity and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement. In this special program, the presentation will be followed by an interactive roundtable discussion featuring representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association, The Villages Health Neurology Department, and the Sumter County Department of Health.
