A Health and Wellness Coach acts as your personal GPS to help you discover the possibilities through incremental lifestyle changes that promote a holistic approach. Health Coaches partner with patients to identify their own goals for change, helping them to facilitate the self-discovery process for sustainable lifestyle changes. Coaches help patients overcome the struggles and empower patients for “real” life. Rather than putting every patient on the same plan, they work with individuals to learn their strengths, weakness, and goals to create realistic and achievable goals. You may discover the reasons you want to change on a deeper level, empowering the change.

Our Health Coaching program can help with:

  • Reducing stress

12 weekly sessions, 90-minute initial visit and eleven 45-minute sessions, $200 all-inclusive fee.
