As we live longer, it is increasingly important to pay attention to our fitness level to remain healthy and independent. Sign up for the Senior Fitness Test to find out how you compare to healthy older adults your age. You will be asked to complete six short assessments to evaluate your mobility, upper- and lower-body strength, aerobic endurance, flexibility, and balance. Appointments are 20 minutes in length and will help identify strengths and weaknesses to serve as a baseline for goal setting.
