Are you a caregiver for a loved one?

Do you want to talk through your experiences with people who understand?

The Caregiver Support Group at The Villages Health is an 8-week program that meets weekly. The group provides a safe place for caregivers to find and develop mutual support in their experiences. The group is led by a trained Behavioral Health facilitator that covers the many topics of being a caregiver and leads conversations around reducing caregiver stress.

This group is primarily focused on non-dementia caregivers.

This program will meet from May 10 – June 28
