Community Walk at Lake Miona Rec Center

Join us for a fun walk at Lake Miona Rec Center! A walk leader from The Villages Health will be there to guide the walk, but you are welcome to walk at your own pace and stay for as long as you’d like. Add some fun and fitness to your day!

We’ll meet in front of Lake Miona Rec Center (1526 Buena Vista Blvd, The Villages, FL) and will loop the trail around the grounds, including some stops at the outdoor exercise equipment for any that are interested in adding some strength training to their morning.
